Today our activity includes - in addition to auditing balance sheets - the preparation and audit of balance sheets in relation with reorganizations of companies.
In 2008, our colleagues were chosen auditors of approximately 130 companies and audited annual and simplified financial statements.

Our Company helps you in choosing the appropriate legal form for the company or the appropriate form of legal succession (merger, demerger, separation). We perform the related accounting tasks furthermore prepare and audit the related statement of assets and liabilities.
